How to properly assemble the plate and frame filter press in the whole process of the field?

The normal operation of the plate and frame filter press, the previous preparation work is very critical. Because of the uniqueness of the plate and frame filter press, it is properly assembled according to the indication before application, so as to give full play to the operation of the plate and frame filter press. There should be sufficient indoor space for use and maintenance around the plate and frame filter press. The plate and frame filter press should be placed in an appropriate position to ensure that the plate station can work normally. Filter plates shall be placed according to working standards, and feeding, cleaning and sewage pipes shall be laid out. Configure the filter pressure display and control the flow back to the safety channel of the filter pressure. If the diaphragm is compressed, the compressed air tube is set.

There should be sufficient indoor space around the plate and frame filter press, which is conducive to use and maintenance. The plate and frame filter press shall be placed on the floor tile level, and the post-cast-in-place slab shall be basically stabilized by supporting foot and anchor bolts. Because of the dry pressure of the box filter press, when the plate and frame filter press is reduced, the dry pressure is straightened, resulting in small deviation. If both sides are fixed at the same time, it is likely to cause too loose pressure or damage to the sound card rack.

Generally in the whole process of the application field, the plate and frame filter press should be installed on the leveling concrete basically. The thrust plate foot at the feeding end shall be fixed with anchor bolts; anchor bolts shall not be used at the support frame end, or two nuts shall be used for clamping after the anchor bolts are accurately positioned, and a proper gap shall be left between the nut washer and the machine foot seat, which can be telescopic in a small amount. Before accurate positioning of the plate and frame filter press, the assembly technician should calibrate the vertical angle of the beam and the large plan view of the thrust plate.

The raw materials and specifications of the filter cloth of the plate and frame filter press are the filter system, pressure and ambient temperature, and the appropriate filter cloth should be selected. The chamber filter press shall be discharged on the effector in a proper manner as required. The plate and frame filter press discharges the produced filter cloth neatly on the filter plate, and pay attention to the matching of the feeding hole and the immersion hole in the middle of the filter plate. The plate and frame filter press is connected to the switching power supply to check whether it is normal. Gear transmission shall check whether the forward and reverse motors of the plate and frame filter press conform to the regulations, whether the reducer and engine oil mark are filled with oil, and whether the extruder screw and transmission gear grease are well added. The hydraulic transmission system checks whether the operation sound of the gear oil pump is normal, whether the hydraulic transmission system is leaking, and whether the hydraulic cylinder is stable.
